Overview

National Travel and Tourism Week (NTTW) is an annual celebration that underscores travel’s essential role in driving our nation's economy, cultivating vibrant communities and forging connections. In 2023, visitors spent $189.50 million in Randolph county while supporting 1,145 direct tourism jobs. Across 30 destinations in Randolph county 1,567,930 people visited the Heart of North Carolina in 2023. We at the Heart of North Carolina Visitors Bureau are excited to celebrate in the nationwide celebration of travel right in our area May 4th - 10th. We have put together a toolkit so that you can help celebrate with us.
