MAGS Program Applications Open for Submission for 2026 – 2027
The Randolph County Tourism Development Authority (RCTDA) is accepting applications for Marketing, Assistance, Grants, and Sponsorship (MAGS) Program for the 2026-2027 budget year from nonprofits and governmental organizations whose programs or activities promote tourism in the incorporated areas of Randolph County, excluding Archdale and Asheboro.
The RCTDA has budgeted up to $3,000 per municipality through the MAGS Program; for a total of $21,000 in assistance available to our tourism partners in its July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 fiscal budget. Each application will be reviewed by a committee consisting of RCTDA Board members and RCTDA marketing team members.
*Note a supplemental agreement will be requested as follow through for the monies awarded.
WHO CAN APPLY?
The entities that may apply for the MAGS Program Funding are:
- Event organizers holding an event within Randolph County
- Municipalities, excluding Archdale and Asheboro
- Nonprofits, including main street organizations, chambers of commerce, merchants’ alliance groups, or civic organizations
Please note that awardees will be asked to provide a current W-9.
