From the first cooler days in September through the last pottery celebration in November, the Heart of North Carolina turns into one long welcome mat. And the best part? Entry fees are affordable, $10 or less, or free!
Downtown streets make way for parades, funnel cakes, and cloggers. Farms open their gates for antiques and steam engines. Small-town squares are filled with the aroma of barbecue, the sounds of bluegrass, and scenes of kids chasing bubbles between the booths.
This is where NASCAR’s Petty Family still signs autographs on Main Street, where Seagrove’s potters open their studios for the season’s biggest weekend, and where a cruise-in is as much a town reunion as it is a car show.

2026 Fall Festivals in Randolph County, NC
Southern Randolph Country Days
September 18th - 19th | 281 E. Main St., Seagrove | Free
Kick off Fall with two days of live music, a Saturday afternoon parade, and rows of vendor booths piled high with crafts, plants, and fall décor. Southbound 49 opens the festivities Friday night on the outdoor stage, gospel and folk acts carry Saturday, and kids’ games keep the youngest visitors busy between funnel cakes and the Saturday afternoon parade.
Randleman Cruise-In
September 19th | 245 S. Main St., Randleman | Free
Hoods pop open and engines idle along Main Street as classic cars and hot rods roll into Randleman for a free, family-friendly cruise-in. Expect a DJ spinning tunes, food trucks, a Kid Zone at Randleman First Methodist Church, and cruiser goodie bags.
Liberty Antiques Festival
September 25th - 26th | 5644 Buffalo Ford Rd., Ramseur | $10
More than 250 dealers from over 20 states set up shop at Windy Hill Farms for one of the region’s premier antiques markets. Find genuine 18th- to 20th-century antiques and collectibles only, no reproductions or crafts. Come ready to dig through furniture, pottery, jewelry, quilts, and folk art from serious collectors.
Vintage Oaks Antique Festival
October 2nd - 3rd | 209 Eastern Randolph Rd., Ramseur | $7
A brand-new addition to Randolph County’s fall festival lineup, the inaugural Vintage Oaks Antique Festival brings curated vendors and authentic finds to a scenic farm setting. Browse through furniture, pottery, military memorabilia, and vintage tools. Parking is free.
51st Annual Asheboro Fall Festival
October 3rd | Sunset Ave., Asheboro | Free
Downtown Asheboro closes to traffic for the Randolph Arts Council's biggest fundraiser of the year. The annual festival brings a full day of handmade crafts, live music, and food from vendors who make everything they sell themselves. Every purchase supports local artists and the council's work in the community.
Annual Steam Day at Linbrook Heritage Estate
October 3rd | 5507 Snyder Country Rd., Trinity | $5
History runs on steam at Linbrook Heritage Estate, where more than 26 restored John Deere tractors, working steam engines, and an 1890s Edison generator draw crowds for the 13th year running. Blow a century-old steam whistle, browse the young entrepreneurs’ market, and stick around for live music and food vendors.
The Bush Hill Hometown Jamboree
October 10th | Bonnie Pl., Archdale | Free
Forty years running, the Bush Hill Hometown Jamboree is Archdale’s hometown block party. Enjoy live music, craft vendors, food trucks, a car club showcase, and enough kids’ entertainment – including stilt walkers, face painting, even dinosaurs! – to fill an afternoon.
38th Annual “A Day on Main Street” Ramseur Fall Festival

Ramseur’s Main Street fills with local arts and crafts, food vendors, live music, and games for the kids at this 38-year community tradition. It’s small-town Fall at its best.
38th Annual NASCAR Day Festival
October 24th | 102 W. Naomi St., Randleman | Free
Randleman throws its biggest party of the year to celebrate hometown hero Richard Petty and the sport he helped build. Rain or shine, the festival has three stages of live music, barbecue, racing memorabilia, and a Little Ms & Mr NASCAR Day pageant. Don’t miss your chance to meet “The King” himself – Richard Petty will be signing autographs from 10am-11am.
Pottery Event Weekend
November 20th - 22nd | Seagrove
Cap off festival season in the Handmade Pottery Capital of the United States, where more than 100 working potters open their studios for a weekend of shopping, demonstrations, and self-guided tours. Catch the 44th Annual Seagrove Pottery Festival at Seagrove Elementary and the 19th Annual Celebration of Seagrove Potters Show and Studio Tour, with food trucks on hand to keep you fueled between stops.
