SUNday at the Zoo
Free Sunscreen for new or current Zoo Society members on Sunday, July 4th
ASHEBORO, N.C. - The North Carolina Zoo Society is offering a special Fourth of July "Safe SUN" day at the Zoo. "The animals in the Zoo's collection are naturally sun-safe when it comes to protecting themselves from the sun, and now that the summer season is here the Zoo Society would like to encourage our members to follow their animal instincts and be sun-safe this summer" said Russ Williams executive director of the North Carolina Zoo Society.
Current Zoo Society members who visit the Zoo on SUNday, July 4th and present their membership card at the Society Member Express Entry booths, will receive two complimentary sample tubes of Banana Boat sunscreen. Additionally, any person who purchases a Zoo Society membership while at the Zoo on SUNday, July 4th, will also receive two free sample tubes of sunscreen. Promotion available while supplies last - come early.
