Seagrove, NC - Sid Luck, a fifth-generation potter, will present on his family’s history, as well as his time spent working for J.B. Cole Pottery, beginning in the late 1950s. "It has been my goal, all my life, to carry on as much of the old traditional work as I can,” says Sid. In 2014, after over 50 years of making pottery, he was awarded the North Carolina Heritage Award, an honor for a lifetime of contribution to the cultural traditions of North Carolina.
