A group of Seagrove potters will gather at the North Carolina Pottery Center early Saturday morning to jointly fire the double-chambered wood kiln. Come visit with us, watch, and ask questions about the firing process. The community wood firing will coincide with the final day of the Owen/Owens exhibition. Beginning at 1:00 in the afternoon there will be mountain music and a catalog signing by the Owen/Owens family members in conjunction with the current Owen/Owens exhibit.

As always, the Potters of Seagrove will have their shops open for visitors.
