Deep River Rail Trail

This 1.5 mile trail created by the old railroad bed and .75 mile loop provide a variety of recreational activities including biking, jogging, and fishing. The trail is rich with textile history and sites linked to Native Americans and the Revolutionary War; and connects to the Deep River State Trail, part of the NC State Parks system that runs through Guilford, Randolph, Chatham, Moore, and Lee counties.
