Reservations at NC Zoo no longer required starting July 1

 — Since the North Carolina Zoo reopened a year ago, advanced reservations have been required to limit visitors because of COVID. But that's about to change.

Starting July 1, reservations are no longer required for zoo entry, according to the Asheboro destination's website.

Face coverings and social distancing are recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated. And face coverings are still required at the Acacia Station Giraffe Deck. But, otherwise, things are getting close to normal at the North Carolina Zoo, another great sign.
