Animatronic Dinosaur to Visit More Sites in Davidson county

Dino on the Loose, a mobile, animatronic dinosaur from the N.C. Zoo that visited Southern Lunch last week, will make three more stops in the county in the next few days.

The life-size (11-6) Deinonychus will appear at the Barbecue Center from 7-9 a.m. Thursday, at Davis-Townsend Elementary School on May 28 and at McDonald's in Welcome from 7-9 a.m. May 30. Youth Dino T-Shirts and tickets to see the dinosaur exhibit at the N.C. Zoo will be given to the first 25 who stop by the Barbecue Center and McDonald's.
