Before opening his own photography studio, Ashley Fetner served a two-year apprenticeship with former Theatrical and White House Photographer B. Artin Haig, one of the world's most well-renowned fine art photographers. He went on to teach classes in photography with Master Photographer, Gerhardt Bakker at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

It was after this apprenticeship and teaching with two of the world's master fine art photographers that Ashley established his portrait and fine art studio and began teaching photography at Appalachian State University and Caldwell Community College.

Today, Ashley is still doing what he loves best - taking photographs that deliver powerful messages for his clients and teaching others to do the same as a professor at Randolph Community College.
