Opening Reception for the artists: Friday April 24th 5-8pm
Circa Gallery is calling all artists who would like to participate in the "Scenes of Randolph County" Exhibition April 24-May 22, 2008. The show is open to all mediums and artists. Pieces must reflect scenes of Randolph County and can be delivered on April 16-18, 2008. This is an annual exhibition that hopes to inspire the community to appreciate the beauty of Randolph County as seen through the eyes of local artists. Artists may submit two entries and entry form can be downloaded online at www.circagallerync.com or by visiting the gallery. A $25 entry fee to participate and cash prizes will be awarded: 1st place $100, 2nd place $75 and 3rd place $25. Brian and Kayli Hibard will serve as jurors for the show.
The opening reception and award ceremony will be held on Friday, April 24, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Circa Gallery. All entrants and their families are invited to enjoy refreshments and meet the other artists. Brian and Kayli Hibard will serve as jurors for the show. The Jurors will remark on the works selected as prizewinners and answer questions.
