Asheboro Summer Cruise-In Series, organized by Grounded Elegance Car Club (Michael Allred) and Brightside Gallery (Mary Murkin) will host its sixth event of the season on September 28, 2024 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Randolph County Courthouse, 176 E. Salisbury Street, Asheboro, NC. The theme of the evening will be cars, cruising, fellowship, and yummy food. A large part of the evening is always viewing beautiful cars parked on display in the parking lot and will now also include enjoying a variety of delicious concessions from Bubba’s Sweet Treats food truck. However, cruising up and down Fayetteville Street is where our homage began. At least once during each evening, Michael Allred will lead a group of cars out onto Fayetteville Street to get the group back into the swing of cruising the drag. If it’s got wheels, come on out and join the fun! For an evening of nostalgia and also making new memories, BE THERE OR BE SQUARE!
