DEWEY & LESLIE BROWN and The Carolina Gentlemen Bluegrass Recording Artists and Owners of Brown Entertainment LLC (The Liberty Showcase Theater and The Reidsville Showcase Theater) Dewey and Leslie Brown are the real deal, and they have been entertaining audiences across the United States. They have been married since 2007 and make their home in Burlington, NC at their farm, Maplewood Hills. Dewey played fiddle as a Clinch Mountain Boy for Dr. Ralph Stanley for 11 years, until Dr. Stanley's death in 2016. Dewey and Leslie showcase their God given talents by bringing in a mixture of the sounds of Ralph Stanley and Hazel Dickens. Their debut album “Under the Mountain” was awarded “Traditional Bluegrass Album of the Year” by the Rural Roots Commission. Their show is exciting and dynamic, it’s a show you don’t want to miss!!
