Caraway Speedway is a .455 mile asphalt short track located near Asheboro, NC. The track was built in 1966 as a dirt track, it was then paved in 1972 and joined the NASCAR Weekly Series family.
Today the Speedway hosts a variety of weekly series, several Whelen Southern Modified Series events, and multiple touring series.
The 35th Annual Russell Hackett‘s Original Thanksgiving Classic features 75 Lap Limited, 50 Lap Mini Stock, Street Stock, 20 Lap U-car, and Enduro Any Car.
