Join Archdale Parks and Recreation and the Archdale Police Department for our combined event. Children can walk the trail for candy treats from vendors and the police department will display their vehicles and offer free treats as well. Enjoy a fun, whimsical carnival environment with stilt walkers, jugglers, and bubble makers.
