Participating Potteries for 2012 Seagrove Festivals

In 1982, local citizens, recognizing the strength of continuing to preserve the history and heritage of their craft, began to celebrate annually the weekend before Thanksgiving by organizing the Seagrove Pottery Festival. This festival weekend has now grown to include both the Seagrove Pottery Festival and the Celebration of Seagrove Potters.

The 5th Annual Celebration of Seagrove Potters will be held November 16 - 18, 2012 at the Historic Luck's Cannery, 798 Pottery Hwy 705 in Seagrove. Admission is $45 per person for the combined Friday Night Gala, and Sat & Sun general admission; or $5 per person for general admission on Sat & Sun only. Posted hours for this event are Fri, 6-9 pm (gala); Sat, 9 am-6 pm; Sun, 10 am-4 pm. The 31st Annual Seagrove Pottery Festival will be held on November 17 & 18, 2012 at Seagrove Elementary School, 528 Old Plank Rd, Seagrove. Admission is $5 per person. Posted hours for this event are Sat & Sun, 9 am - 5 pm.
