The Heart of North Carolina Visitor Centers, located one mile south of Seagrove on Hwy 220 Bypass, are operated and managed by the Randolph County Tourism Development Authority in partnership with the NC Departments of Commerce and Transportation; and are located at 4393 US Hwy 220 Bypass North, Seagrove, North Carolina and 4390 US Hwy 220 Bypass South, Seagrove, North Carolina.
